  • 2 green bell peppers, diced

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 can (40 oz each) Brooks® Chili Beans

  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream, optional

Directions

  • Step one
